FAVORITE SLIGHTLY SUSPECT CHEESECAKE RECIPE:
Three 8-oz. Pkgs. Cream Cheese
5 eggs
1 C sugar
1.5 tsp. Vanilla
1 can of your favorite fruit pie filling
1 graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350
Cream the cheese by beating in 1 egg at a time.
Beat until smooth.
Beat in sugar and Vanilla until smooth.
Take a few tablespoons of the pie filling and stir lightly into the batter with a spoon.
Pour the whole schmoz into the crust and bake for 1 hour
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove and allow to cool.
Spread remaining pie filling over the top and serve. -
